We are the Domesteaders. Both of us(Hayden & Gabrielle) grew up in rural Ohio, and moved to Columbus, OH for college. After we each graduated from Ohio State University, we found each other working at the same local restaurant. And then the pandemic hit. Fortunately, quarantine brought us even closer together. And three years later here we are! Now a family of three(five if you count the animals) with our beautiful daughter Jaymie.

As grateful as we are for our time in Columbus, we are ready to escape the city. In our search for alternative living, we found several groups of people creating affordable DIY homes. And THAT is where our dome home adventure begins…
